My month in Knockaround sunnies

Truth time: I have been wearing the same pair of aviators as my primary sunglasses for at least the past 4 years. This month, though, my selfies have been poppin’ with a new pair of sunnies. I’ve been trying out a pair of Premiums Sport Knockaround sunglasses in Aquamarine/Fuscia and they have been the perfect accessory for all of my summer activities.
It may be silly to some, but the most stand-out feature of these shades to me is the awesome colors! I’ve been scrolling through the site thinking about buying several more pairs just so I can glitz up all my running selfies with different bright polarized colors! Pink is my favorite color, so obviously I picked a pair of sunnies with pink lenses and the look was awesome. I would love to try a pain in Moonshine or Sunset too!
The other thing that really stood out to me right away about the Knockarounds was the strong polarization. When I opened the box, I was surprised to see the glasses came with instructions, including an explanation of the different polarization levels. These sport shades are one shade lighter than a pair that Knockaround doesn’t recommend you drive in. Suffice to say, the sun protection is on point.
Now, I am not used to running in sunglasses; I’m usually a visor only person to protect my eyes and face. To give the Knockarounds a full test, I took up wearing them on my walks and runs this month in place of my visor. I was very surprised how comfortable the frames were and I had no issues with them slipping. I have always been worried I’d get too sweaty to keep sunglasses on my face, but the little rubber nose pads must do the trick. I’ll say, though, I didn’t know the frames had nose pads until I’d been wearing them for weeks since they’re so comfortable.
One more detail you might not think about when purchasing sunglasses, but Knockaround does: making sure you have a case to put them in! Honestly, it seems like just a small thing, but I appreciate that Knockaround sent me these sunglasses with a soft pouch to store them in. Otherwise, I would have scratched the heck out of these things by now - I know myself, and Knockaround clearly knows all of us need protection from ourselves.
